Category: entrees Yields: n/a INGREDIENTS: 8 Catalano's Pork Chops 1 package pepperoni slices- for stuffing the chops 1 jar banana peppers 1 large onion, chopped 1 package mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 bottle A-1 Steak Sauce DIRECTIONS: 1 Take a little juice from peppers and fry pepperoni, peppers and onion till good and warm. 2 Take pork chops and cut a"pocket" along the side and stuff with pepper/pepperoni mix and about 1 tbl spn cheese. 3 Keep closed with toothpicks. 4 Cook in A-1 sauce, top with remaining cheese.
