Grilled Garlic Sesame Porterhouse Steaks

Yields:6 - 8 servings
INGREDIENTS:
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
2 teaspoons chili-garlic sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tender Catalano's Porterhouse Steaks, at least 1-inch thick
2-4 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS:
1 In Ziploc baggie, combine first 5 ingredients.
2 Add steaks, turn bag over and over to coat both sides of each steak well.
3 Marinate in fridge for 30 minutes to overnight.
4 Heat Grill, remove steaks from bag saving marinade.
5 Place steaks on grill. You will be turning once.
6 Spoon half of the marinade on steaks.
7 Turn steaks over, top with rest of marinade, and grill to desired doneness. Best at medium rare.
8 Plate, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley.
*Let rest 5 minutes before slicing
