Catalano's Famous Seasoned Rib Roast

...makes the BEST leftover roast beef sandwiches on a warm crusty hoagie roll!

INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2-3 lbs Catalano's Beef Short Ribs
1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup onions
1 garlic clove
1 cup water
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
DIRECTIONS:
1 Place in roasting pan.
2 Sear in a very hot oven (450-475 degrees) for 30 minutes.
3 Reduce heat to 300 degrees, and cook as follows: Rare- 18-20 minutes per pound, Medium- 25 minutes per pound.
4 Serve with Horseradish and/or Au Jus.
