Asian Infused Grilled Rib Eye Steaks

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 lbs rib eye steaks
DIRECTIONS:
1 In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 7 ingredients
2 Add the steaks.
3 Seal the bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
4 Drain and discard marinade.
5 Grill steaks, uncovered, over medium-hot heat for 8-10 minutes or desired doneness.
6 Great with grilled asparagus and steamed rice!
