Use for basting meat or as a marinade!

2 Tbsp. Boar's Head Brand Delicatessen Style Mustard
2 tsp. Aha Mild Pepper Paste
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Grated zest of 1/2 lemon
3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 roasted garlic cloves or chopped fresh |

Mix all ingredients in a food processor and marinade lean steak or chicken for at least 1 hr covered in the fridge! |

Bake, broil or BBQ and enjoy with a salad or sliced on a salad! |

I cook about five chicken breasts in this amount and it’s perfect! If you are cooking for one, measure out 1 Tbs. of the mixture and brush on to your portion. Do not contaminate your remaining marinade; cover and keep in the fridge for a week if it lasts that long! |
